Delete Your Account

You can delete your directkisanmandi account and the data tied to it either directly in the app, or by emailing us if you no longer have the app installed. Both methods are described below.

Method 1 — In the app

1. Open directkisanmandi and sign in.
2. Go to Account (customers) or More (farmers), in the bottom navigation bar.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account, below Logout.
4. Confirm in the dialog that appears.

Your account is deleted immediately. There is no waiting period and this cannot be undone.

Method 2 — Without the app

Email us the address your account is registered under, and we will process the deletion on our side. You don't need to sign in or reinstall the app.

We respond to deletion requests within 7 business days.

What happens to your data

Permanently deleted

• Your profile: name, email, phone, avatar
• Precise location history
• Saved farmers and addresses
• Produce listings you posted
• Sign-in credentials and active sessions

Retained

• Completed order and payment records, where required by applicable tax and consumer-protection law
• Not linked back to a browsable profile once your account is deleted
